Booking Conditions

Our holiday home is furnished to a high standard and we would like to keep it that way for our guests and ourselves. So apart from the main rule which is to have a great holiday and enjoy the property and surrounding area, we ask that;

• Deposit must be paid at time of booking
• Full payment required 6 weeks before departure
• No all male / female groups under 30 years of age
• No smoking in the property please
• No pets

Rental Prices

Low Season - £150 per week
November – March (excludes half term holidays, Christmas, Easter)

Mid Season - £225 per week
April, May, first 2 weeks June, last 2 weeks September, October (excludes half term holidays and Easter)

High Season - £295 per week
Last 2 weeks June through to first 2 weeks September, Christmas, Easter and school half terms

3 weeks for the price of 2 in Low and Mid Seasons

Cleaning / change of towels / linen is payable in addition to this direct to Steph who looks after the property for us – The end of rental charge is 50 Euros

Cabo Roig Area

The Costa Blanca has a reputation as being paradise!. Coupled with the mildest of winter climates and excellent sporting and leisure facilities the Southern Costa Blanca is a prime holiday destination.

Torrevieja is the main local town where the vast majority of beaches have been awarded the EEC Blue Flag Award for cleanliness. From the shallow lagoons and extensive sand dunes of the south to the deeply indented rocky coves and bays of the north, this corner of Spain offers everything that has made the country so highly favoured.

Whist the coast boasts excellent transport facilities of motorways, railways, ferry ports and 3 international airports the Costa Blanca is one of the most stunning and unspoilt areas in Europe. With average temperatures between 18 & 28 degrees the climate is officially rated one of the healthiest by the World Health Organisation- and to cap it all, world class restaurants, health and fitness spas, 19 golf courses and every water sport imaginable are close by.

The whole area is blessed with beautiful beaches and parks making Cabo Roig the ideal location from which to take full advantage of the southern costa blanca region. The Maritime Walk, which follows the peninsular coastline, takes you to some of the finest sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca.

Cabo Roig itself is just a few minutes drive from the superb Villamartin and Campoamor golf complexes. Back at the picturesque Cabo Roig marina there are excellent restaurants near to the historic watchtower and the town also boasts top class bars and nightlife. Cabo Roig is characterised by broad palm lined avenues and landscaped gardens.

Beaches

Spanish beaches are the most environmentally healthy in Europe, according to the Foundation for Environmental Education which has awarded the much-coveted Blue Flag on many of the country’s beaches. Spain came out top of all of Europe and leading the way within Spain itself was the Costa Blanca.

There are numerous excellent local beaches close to the property, the following are the best local beaches, times given are to drive, most are not difficult to park at, most of the time:

• Cabo Roig – 5 mins
• Playa Flaminca – 10 mins
• La Zenia – 10 mins (water sports beach)
• Mil Palmeras – 10 mins (good restaurants)
• Torrevieja beaches – 15 mins

The Cabo Roig area is awash with first class golf courses (20 within 40 mins drive). The best courses close to the property are;

Property Details

The property comes fully equiped with everything you need for a short break or longer stay. Key items include;

LOUNGE/DINER; two large sofa's (one makes upto to a double bed), TV (Sky), DVD, Ipod speakers, Coffee table, Dining table (seats upto 6 persons)

BEDROOMS:

Master - Queen size bed, bedside cabinets, double wardobe, safe, celing fan
Twin - two twin beds, bedside cabinet, double wardrobe, safe, ceiling fan

Bed linen, towels, beach towels are all provided and included in the Complete Service cleaning / changeover charge of 50 Euros payable locally at the end of your stay.

BATHROOM: Bath, shower with full screen over bath, toilet, sink, bidet, hardryer, mirror with lights and first aid box

KITCHEN:- Oven, hobb, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. Fully stocked draws with all crockery, cuttlery, glassware and cooking equipment that you need.

OUTSIDE:- Patio dinning set (6 people), breakfast table and chairs (2 people) on porch, Gravelled gardens to side and front of property, Gas BBQ, pool inflatables and buckets / spades for the beach.
